My experience at the Aqueduct 1359 Hotel Apartment was truly exceptional and deserves to be highlighted. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the commitment to outstanding service, including the luxurious comfort of my room, exquisite dining options, and the ever-attentive staff. The memories I created here became unforgettable moments in my journey, making my stay a standout feature of my trip. The dedicated staff went above and beyond to fulfill every request I had, whether it involved connecting me with local services for personal needs, recommending beautiful parks to explore, or arranging for a personal driver to take me around the country. It was clear that no task was beyond their ability to handle. My apartment was impeccably cleaned every day, and my clothes were laundered every other day, making my stay effortless.

My wife and I with our 2 kids just spent a long weekend at these well serviced apartments and we are already planning our return. First, the team here is outstanding. They remember your name, their recommendations are spot-on, and they provide service that feels both luxurious and genuinely kind. We loved the food. The ingredients are fresh, and you can tell the chefs put a lot of care into each dish. Sitting on the terrace for a sunset drink overlooking the suburbs of Kampala was our favorite way to end the day. The whole place is designed beautifully, it’s modern, clean, and feels like a tranquil oasis away from the city buzz. A truly special place that I would recommend to anyone

As a family, we enjoyed our time here! The staff were fantastic, the apartment/unit was clean, tidy and a good size for the 3 of us. The fully self-contained unit meant that we could relax and make the space our own

Fantastic weekend spent on Hotel Aqauduct 1359! From the moment we arrived to a very warm welcome from the smiling team with warm towels to freshen up and welcome juice, we could tell we were in for a wonderful stay. The whole team were so accomodating, especially since we travelled with young children, but nothing was a bother to them - they went out of their way to make both us and the kids feel welcome there! The apartments have beautiful interior deco, which made the stay feel luxurious and great for taking pics. All amenities were of high quality, from the appliances, fully required kitchen, WiFi, smart tv and hot high pressured showers. The beds were extremely comfortable, with high quality sheets which we appreciated this attention to detail. We enjoyed the amazing views up above the trees enjoying the breeze during the day, and of the city lights at night , whilst relaxing on our private balcony. The girls loved swinging in the swing...

The apartment had such a warm and homely feel! The decor was unique and full of character, with beautiful lighting and little artistic touches everywhere. The place was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the location was peaceful but still close enough to everything I needed. The staff were really friendly and made sure I had everything I needed.

I had a wonderful stay here! From the moment I walked in, it was clear that attention to detail was a top priority. The decor was not only stylish and modern, but also warm and inviting — a perfect balance that made the space feel like a boutique hotel with personality. I particularly loved the outdoor swings on the balcony. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the apartment. It’s clear the team here takes pride in maintaining a high standard. What truly elevated the experience was the staff. They were incredibly kind, professional and super helpful. I also loved the fact that there were various books offered in the living rooms, both adult and kid friendly books to take a break from screen time. Aqueduct 1359 is a hidden gem in Kampala. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, it offers both comfort and character. Highly recommend!

Aqueduct 1359 Hotel Apartments was really nice. We stayed in their arabic inspired apartment wich was beutifulyl decorated. The rooms felt very luxurious all through their soft beds to their nice bathrobes. The staff was very kind and helpfull with everything! They also had a tour of their garden wich was very interesting, where we got to see some of the local Ugandan spices and fruits! I really recomend this place!!

I got lucky to be their first client. The apartment all brand new was fully furnished and beautifully decorated. It’s not in the center of Kampala but nestled in a green quiet area where you have amazing views over the city and can get lucky to see plenty of beautiful birds and monkeys. The team was extremely helpful, caring and professional. If you need a place to relax that you can call home, look no further!
